Billing Procedure:
It generally take 2 business days to complete the initial setup of your site.  First month service
will be prorated to the day setup is complete. Your credit card will be charged when we begin
setup and will include setup fee and prorated amount of the first month's service. Invoice for
service will arrive via email directly through ProPay.
Monthly Billing is done on the 16th of the month for the following month's service.

Turnaround:
Turnaround time is generally 1 business day but may take up to 2 business days.  We
update your site Monday-Thursday.  Your original email request containing your update
request will be returned to your with COMPLETED in the subject line.

Cancellation Policy:
I agree to give a minimum two weeks notice to cancel service with service terminating at the
end of the month. Service must be cancelled before the 16th of the month for service to end
the same month. Cancellation of service is not complete until our automatically updated
items are removed from your site.
